  • Original and Latest of two (2) proof of billing

Requirements for Araneta Lot Buyers (In-house financing)

  • Photocopy of Two (2) Valid Government-issued IDs 
  • 2x2 ID Picture
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate* 
  • Photocopy of Proof of Civil Status*: CENOMAR, Marriage Contract or Death Certificate  - whichever is applicable 
  • Original and Latest of two (2) proof of billing 
  • BIR Tax Identification Number, if none, accomplished BIR Form 1904  
  • Post-dated checks for Down Payment

*All certificates must be up-to-date and issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)

Requirements for Developer Lots, Ph1A Lots, & La Cresta Lots (In-house Financing)

  • Photocopy of Two (2) Valid Government-issued IDs
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate*
  • Photocopy of Proof of Civil Status*: CENOMAR, Marriage Contract or Death Certificate  - whichever is applicable
  • Original and Latest of two (2) proof of billing
  • BIR Tax Identification Number, if none, accomplished BIR Form 1904 
  • Post-dated checks for Down Payment

*All certificates must be up-to-date and issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)

For Resale Lot Buyers - Locally Employed (Bank Financing)

  • Certificate of Employment with salary, tenure and benefits/allowances (issued within last 6 months)
  • Latest 3 months payslips (latest 6 months payslips if commission income)
  • Latest Income Tax Return
  • Photocopy of Two (2) Valid Government-issued IDs
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate*
  • Photocopy of Proof of Civil Status*: CENOMAR, Marriage Contract or Death Certificate  - whichever is applicable
  • BIR Tax Identification Number, if none, accomplished BIR Form 1904 
  • Notarized Contract to Sell
  • Other requirements to follow as needed by the bank

For Resale Lot Buyers - Self-Employed (Bank Financing)

  • Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws with SEC Registration Certificate
  • Audited Financial Statements for the last 2 years
  • DTI Registration
  • Income Tax Return w/ Statement of Assets and Liabilities (SAL) for the last 2 yrs
  • List of Trade References (at least 3 names with telephone nos. of major suppliers/customers)
  • Bank Statements for the past 6 months
  • Photocopy of Two (2) Valid Government-issued IDs
  • BIR Tax Identification Number
  • Notarized Contract to Sell
  • Other requirements to follow as needed by the bank

Additional Requirements for Buyers Abroad (OFWs)

  • Consularized Special Power of Attorney for Representative in the Philippines

Additional Requirements for Buyers Married to Foreigners

  • Foreigner spouse must submit an original and notarized “Waiver of Conjugal Rights”
  • Photocopy of passport of foreigner spouse with 3 specimen signatures

Additional Requirements for Buyers who were Formerly Filipino Citizens

  • Duly notarized Affidavit of Declaration of Citizenship
  • Duly Notarized Sworn Statement (in compliance with Batas Pambansa Blg. 185)

Additional Requirements for Buyers below 18 years of age (Minors)

  • Birth Certificate of minor
  • Affidavit of Guardianship (mother/father)
